Rules for using Stardex accounts, subscriptions, dashboards, and analytics tools.
Stardex provides analytics, rankings, reports, and tracking tools for social media accounts and posts. You agree to use Stardex only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt the platform, other customers, data providers, or third-party services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Paid plans, free trials, and SuperAdmin free grants may have different account limits, features, and expiration dates. Stardex may suspend or limit access when a subscription expires, payment fails, or usage exceeds the active plan limit.
Stardex analytics are based on available snapshots, provider responses, and internal calculations. Reports may include estimates, cached rankings, corrections, and manual edits made by authorized internal users.
You may not reverse engineer Stardex, abuse automation, scrape the service without permission, attempt to bypass limits, or use the platform to violate third-party rights or terms.
Features, providers, pricing, and limits may change over time. We will try to communicate material changes when practical.
