How Stardex collects, uses, stores, and protects account, billing, and analytics information.
Stardex may collect account registration information, email addresses, authentication data, subscription and billing status, tracked account selections, preferences, audit logs, and usage activity needed to operate the platform.
Stardex stores social media account, post, snapshot, ranking, and report data so customers can view analytics over time. Some data may come from third-party providers and may be corrected manually by authorized internal users.
If you sign in with Google, Stardex uses the verified email and basic profile information returned by Google to create or access your account. Stardex does not receive your Google password.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Stardex stores subscription status, customer identifiers, plan details, webhook events, and billing records, but does not store full card numbers.
Stardex may send transactional emails such as email verification, password reset, billing status, payment failure, and service notifications.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as password hashing, verified email flows, secure sessions, role-based access, and internal audit logs. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may contact Stardex to request help with account access, billing questions, or privacy questions through the Contact & Support page.
